Our Story
The Crust & Bloom was born in the kitchen of Mara Chen — a busy mom, lifelong baker, and firm believer that life's most important moments deserve something truly beautiful. What started as weekend bakes for neighbors and school bake sales quickly grew into a full-time passion project that Austin couldn't get enough of.
Mara's philosophy is simple: use real ingredients, never rush the process, and treat every order as if it's for someone you love. That means no artificial flavors, no frozen dough, and no shortcuts. Every croissant is laminated by hand. Every cake is assembled to order. Every box is packed with intention.
We cater to couples planning their wedding day, families celebrating milestones, and special occasion planners who need something that photographs beautifully and tastes even better. Whether your order is for two or two hundred, it receives the same care and craftsmanship.
